Beaker Bottom - Bongs

The beaker bottom is one of the oldest and most iconic bong shapes in glass history. The shape was modeled after the Erlenmeyer flask created in 1860 by Emil Erlenmeyer. The original Erlenmeyer flask is shaped just like a classic beaker bong but with a shorter neck and no joint for the downstem and bowl. The beaker is a simple yet effective shape for a bong because it provides a large volume of space for the smoke allowing large hits while letting you to hit the beaker at various angles.
